Once all the preparations were made, we ran into the issue of dealing with the covid-19 and we were unable to have a full service for my mom. They walked us through everything step by step before we make any decisions that showed us that they cared about us. The love and compassion that they showed us made us feel like family and made planning for our mom services that much easier. They were so understanding they knew what we were dealing with mentally and emotionally with the loss of our mom. I was introduced to and met with Danny and Wes from Compassion and Serenity Funeral Home. When my mom passed I was nowhere near prepared. Daniel and Wes, our family, wish you all continued success in your career. Please know that this has made a difference that each one of us will always remember. We cannot thank you and your excellent staff enough for that. At a time of great stress, you relieved us of those heavy burdens. You handled every detail with class, style, and understanding. Thank you for contacting the florist to ensure we received excellent service. The slide show of pictures was magnificent it enabled us to celebrate life rather than remember his death. They answered every question, returned every call without hesitation, and stopped by our home to check on the family throughout the process. From day one, they exhibited nothing but compassion towards our family. You were there for us every step of the way and fulfilled our every need, comforting us and supporting us like you would your own family. The entire staff was pleasant, respectful, and courteous. It was truly a Celebration of Life, like I never seen before. The arrangements and the service was truly awesome. Dani said, it is going to be a Celebration of Life for my son and it was! Dani took care of my son and he looked great. He listen to me and my wishes and he understood and asked me to allow him to handle the rest and to take time to relax and not to worry.
